Though exhibitindexes.com rates high in customer satisfaction, we understand there may be a situation where the customer opts to return the items ordered. To facilitate with the return process, we have established a code of rules for all returns to follow.

Packages must arrive in a resellable condition without any defects.
Orders that comply to the above terms will be refunded for the products (less a 20% restocking fee), less the shipping charges. If an order was eligible for free shipping, the freight charges will be deducted from the order total. Once a return has been received and approved, the original credit card used for the purchase will be credited within 5 business days.
ALL returns must be received in 30 day's of the purchase.
ANY item that has been punched, was a special order, or side number sets 1-2,500 and above, our wide width dividers and downloadable stock certificate forms or seals are not returnable for credit as these are considered a special order. There are no exceptions to this rule.
exhibitindexes.com assumes full responsibility for defective products or wrong items shipped. In the event of such errors exhibitindexes.com will arrange for the pick-up of the unwanted stock and will rearrange for the requested products to be shipped in a timely manner.
