The most recent order was on its way, but when it didn't arrive as expected I checked the USPS tracking. I learned that, after the package arrived at a post office close to our firm, the post office then shipped the package to a different state about 1,000 miles away! I contacted customer support and they immediately shipped out enough personalized blue backs-at no charge-to tide us over until the original shipment could be located. Much appreciated!
